オークション開始1時間前にトップページにてLiveアイコンが出現

まず最初に、オークションの説明が流れます。

その後、Lot.1より競りを開始。

入札希望の作品が出て、希望の価格が出たら、入札ボタンをクリック。
Click the bid button when the price appears on the screen of the bid request

入札ボタンが赤く変わったら、落札権利があなたにあります（入札成立中）（※注1）
When the bid button turns red, you have the right of bid.（Bidding is in progress）（※ Note1）

入札成立中でも、次の入札を受け付けるため、いったん価格が上がります。
他の入札者がその価格を入札すると、入札ボタンは緑に変わり、落札権利者が他の方に変わります。
Even while bidding is in progress, the price rise once it accepts the next bid.
When another bidder bids the above price, the bid button changes to green,
and the successful bid holder will change to the other person.

希望価格で他に入札がなければ入札ボタンは赤のままで落札決定です。
ハンマーが叩かれ、おめでとうございます！と表示されます。
If there is no other bid at the desired price, the bid button remains red and a successful bid has been finalized.
“Congratulations!” Appears on the screen.

• （※注1）入札は会場入札が優先されます。
  同額入札の場合、会場の方が落札となり、画面上に、他の方が落札されましたと表示されます。
• (※Note1)Please be aware that Bidding will be given priority to the venue bidding.
  In the case of the same amount bid, bidder at the venue becomes a successful bidder.
  You will see that the other person was the successful bidder.

翌日には請求書を発送いたします。（郵送orEメール）
Invoice will be sent to the bidder next working day.

請求書が届きましたらお支払い（振込またはお引取り時に現金支払い）
Payment（bank remittance or cash）

入金確認後、作品を発送いたします。
Once the payment is confirmed works will be send.

オークションカタログに希望の作品があれば、弊社社員が代理で入札致します。
カタログ巻末の「委託書面入札」に必要事項をご記入のうえ、
郵送、FAXにて、オークション前日の18:00までにお申し込みください。
If in any circumstances bidder cannot bid on the day of auction, person in charge will bid instead of you.
Please fill out the necessary form in "absentee bid form" at the end of the catalog,
Please send by post, fax, by 18:00（6.00pm） the day before the auction.

TEL委託入札の場合、オークション開始1時間前までに担当者より確認のTELを致します。（※注1）
In the case of TEL consignment bid,
the person in charge will contact the bidder 1 hour before the start of the auction（※Note1）

TEL委託入札
入札するLotが近づきましたら早めにTELをつなぎます。
担当者はTELをつないだまま現在価格を確認しながら希望価格を入札致します。
As soon as the bid approaches, we will connect the TEL.
The person in charge of the bidder will bid live on
their behalf while checking the price with TEL connected to the bidder from a salesroom.

【委託書面入札】
書面に書かれている入札価格までオークショナーが入札いたします。
電話のお取次ぎはいたしませんが、ご希望の方はその旨入札用紙にご記入ください。

• （※注1）オークション開始1時間前までに担当者からのTELがない場合、委託書面が届いていない場合がございます。
  一度お客様の方から確認のためのTELをお願い致します。
• （※Note1）Please be aware that if the person in charge does not call the bidder 1 hour before the auction starts, there is a case that the absentee bid form has not arrived.
  Please give us a TEL for confirmation from the member once.

落札作品がありましたら、翌日には請求書を発送いたします。

お支払い（振込または現金支払い）
Payment（bank remittance or cash）

入金確認後、作品発送
Once the payment is confirmed goods will be send.
